Photo Release Policy

1. Model Release

By engaging IMAGE MIAMI for a photographic or video session, subjects acknowledge that images produced may be used by IMAGE MIAMI for portfolio, editorial, and promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is submitted prior to the session date.

2. Event Photography

At events where IMAGE MIAMI is contracted as the official photographer, attendees may be photographed as part of the event coverage. Event organizers are responsible for informing attendees of the presence of photography and for obtaining any necessary consents from third-party attendees.

3. Commercial Usage

Any use of images featuring identifiable individuals in paid advertising, product marketing, or commercial endorsement requires a separate signed model release form. Contact us to obtain the appropriate release documentation.

4. Minors

Photographs of individuals under 18 years of age require written consent from a parent or legal guardian before any use beyond private client delivery. IMAGE MIAMI will not publish or share images of minors without such consent on file.

5. Requesting Removal

If you are depicted in an image published by IMAGE MIAMI and wish to request its removal, please contact us at booking@image.miami with a description and link to the image. We will review and respond within 10 business days.

Acknowledgment & Consent

By engaging IMAGE MIAMI for photographic or video services without submitting a written opt-out request prior to the session date, the Client and all subjects depicted in the resulting images grant IMAGE MIAMI a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute said images for portfolio, editorial, and promotional purposes, in all media now known or hereafter developed. This grant of rights constitutes valid and sufficient consideration under Florida law (see Fla. Stat. §540.08) in exchange for the photographic services rendered. Any opt-out request must be submitted in writing to booking@image.miami no later than 48 hours before the scheduled session.
